Please carefully read this lovely agreement before completing your transaction

Before you make a purchase with us, please read the following terms of purchasing product from FX Crate. To purchase from FxCrate.com you must agree to the following:

- The Purchaser Must be 18 years or older to order from FX Crate, if you are not please have a parent or guardian order for you.

-Different makeup products can be harmful or cause allergic reactions if not properly used; if you have an allergy to makeup products please take care when ordering our boxes. FX Crate will not and cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions due to the contents of our Crates.

-FX Crate and its suppliers and partners will not be held responsible for the effects of misusing the Crates or their contents.

-FX Crate and its vendors, partners, and subsidiaries take the utmost care in producing, packaging, handling, and shipping our Crates. Any damage to the product once it leaves our distribution center is unintentional and you will not require us to replace damaged features.

By continuing to the check-out page and finalizing your purchase with a valid debit or credit card, you agree to the above terms and conditions in addition to the below Terms of Sale, and that you fully understand the responsibility of using our products.

Terms of Sale

  1. PRICING

    The prices listed for physical goods available through the Site (referred to herein as “Crates”) do not include shipping, handling, or taxes, if applicable. Based upon your billing address, FX Crate may collect sales tax on your behalf and remit payment to the state government in states where the sale of Crates is taxable. FX Crate also reserves the right to notify you of any mistakes in product descriptions or errors in pricing prior to product dispatch. In such event if you choose to continue with fulfilment of the order, you acknowledge that the Crates will be provided in accordance with such revised description or corrected price.

  2. ORDER FOR MERCHANDISE

    By placing an order for Crates, you agree that you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the Crates from FX Crate. Your order is accepted and a contract concluded once FX Crate sends you a Confirmation Email. Crates inventory is not guaranteed and if your order is not accepted due to lack of inventory, you will receive a full refund.

  3. SHIPPING

    When available for International Purchase, international customers hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) Crates are shipped from the United States; and (ii) you are solely responsible for any and all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes.

  4. DELIVERY

    Delivery timescales/dates specified for the delivery of Crates to you, in any order acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are estimates only, and while FX Crate endeavours to meet such timescales or dates, FX Crate does not undertake to dispatch products and/or commence services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Crates delivery shall be to a valid address to the address submitted by you, and once FX Crate delivers the Crates to a transportation carrier at the designated shipping point, FX Crate's liability as to delivery ceases, and title and risk of loss passes to you. FX Crate reserves the right to require that a package be held for delivery pickup or signature delivery confirmation at its sole discretion.

  5. RETURNS
    1. CANCELLATIONS

      Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of initial order time. You can cancel an order on your Order Details page, which can be accessed through either My Account or your Order Confirmation email. After 30 minutes, we will send your order to our Distribution Center and it may not be possible to cancel your order before it is shipped.

      We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud, abuse our Terms of Service, or for any other reason at our discretion.

      Refunds for cancelled orders or returns by the original purchaser will be issued as store credit or the original form of payment if the order date is within 120 days. If your order date is past 120 days, you will be refunded for a canceled order or a return with store credit, a credit to your credit card, or Paypal. If you return a gifted item, the gift recipient will receive a store credit for the original price paid by the purchaser. A gifted may be returned for a credit card or Paypal credit with the original purchaser’s billing information.

    2. RETURNING AN ITEM

      At this time, FX Crate cannot accept a return of Crates, and once Crates are delivered to a transportation carrier, all sales are final.

    3. EXCHANGES

      Crates cannot be returned at this time. If you feel incorrect Crates have been delivered, you may attempt to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate inaccuracies. Please remember this does not necessarily mean Crates will be replaced, but we will attempt to correct any error within our immediate ability, for the benefit of our Fans and Customers.

    4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

      If you received an item that was defective or damaged upon arrival, please Contact Us with your Order Number and photos of the defect or damage. If your item was damaged as a result of poor packing, please also send images of how the item was packed. We will accept damage or defect claims up to 10 days from the delivery date, and will primarily attempt to replace the damaged feature. If we cannot replace or correct damages caused while the Crates are within our care, we will provide a refund.

    5. INCORRECT SHIPMENT CONTENTS

      If you receive the wrong item, size, or order, please Contact Us with your order number and photos of the item or size tag. Once the photo is received, we will do our best to replace or compensate the error.

    6. RETURN TO SENDER

      If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us. If you Contact Us regarding an order that is being returned to sender, we will do our best to re-ship the order. Orders that are being returned to sender will not be refunded or re-sent until the package is received by our warehouse.

    7. ORIGINAL RECIPIENT ONLY

      Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available to the original purchaser or gift recipient of record.
